Canapé with olives

Increasing popularity in our country is acquired by such a snack as canapes. It is perfect for buffets and for any festive tables. There are many canapé recipes, but we want to stay on a canapé with olives. This appetizer turns out to be light and delicious, and besides olives, any other ingredients are combined: meat, cheese or vegetables, so you yourself can come up with your own recipe.

The combination of olives and cheese is one of the most common, you can add to them, in principle, anything you like, and serve canapé with olives should be on skewers.

Pepper, cucumbers and cheese cut into small rectangular pieces. They should all be about the same size. String on skewers should be in the following order: vegetable (pepper or cucumber), then one of the types of cheeses and at the end olive or olive. Serve the canapé on a flat dish, you can decorate it with greens or lettuce leaves.

As we have already said, canapé recipes with olives can be very different, and one of them is canapé with pancakes, red fish and olives. It will take a little more time to prepare than others, but the result is worth it.

Preparation

Mix all ingredients for pancakes and fry thin pancakes. Cool them. Now grease one pancake with cheese, cover it with another, on which lay the fish, and alternate them in such a way until the pancakes or filling is over.

Then you need to cut out the canapes with a knife or special molds, put olives on top of each and pierce it with a skewer.
