Before you make chocolate liqueur at home, you need to cook the most real cocoa. In a saucepan with milk, add cocoa powder, sugar and strips of citrus peel. Place the saucepan on not too strong fire and cook, stirring, 20 minutes. After a while, completely cool the drink (you can even place it in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours) and connect with the vodka. If desired, you can supplement the drink with aromatic additives, like vanilla extract, for example. Pour out the future liquor in bottles and leave to persist in the cool for 6 months, periodically shaking the contents. At the end of the infusion time, strain the drink and store it well sealed in the cold.
