Cake on yogurt - recipe

With the help of kefir you can knead a puff pastry without yeast. Puff pastry cakes are suitable for Napoleon cake, for cakes with sour cream or fruit cream. Bake a cake on kefir in a multivark or in the oven.

First we are doing a kefir test for a cake. Sift the flour, drive the egg into it, pour in kefir. Add the salt and knead the dough. We make from it into a bowl, cover with a clean towel or napkin and put in the refrigerator for half an hour. While the dough cools, cut the butter into small pieces and let it soften slightly. Mix the butter and two glasses of flour, gently we knead it (do not rub it!). Roll out the dough of a square shape, in the middle we put the flour with flour. Fold the envelope and squeeze the edges.

Next, the dough is rolled out in the form of a rectangle and folded in half. Again put on for half an hour in the fridge. After 30 minutes, roll out the dough, add it four times, let's stand in the cold for 20 minutes. This process, if desired, we repeat a few more times. Ready puff pastry is divided into several identical parts, rolled and baked.

To make a cream, milk and sugar boiling. Fry the roast in the oven to golden color, drive the eggs into it, stir until the lumps dissolve. In this mixture, pour boiled sweet milk and vanillin. We put on a slow fire and, constantly stirring, bring to a boil. We cool.

We spread the crusts with cream, sprinkle the top and sides on each side and leave to stand until the cakes are soaked. Cake "Napoleon" is ready!

Another type of dough for kefir for a cake is a light, half-biscuit cake made from a batter. The amount of sugar and butter can be reduced if desired, but in no case can it be excluded from the sour cream. It gives the test lightness and delicate creamy taste.

Sugar is rubbed with butter and eggs. Pour kefir and add sour cream. Stir until homogeneous. Sift flour with baking powder, mix with cocoa. Gradually pour dry mixture into liquid, carefully stir. The dough should have the same density as the pancakes. The dough is divided into two parts, poured alternately into a mold and baked until brown.

For cream, rub the soft butter and a half of the can of condensed milk. This is the first part of the cream. The second part is prepared as follows: whisk eggs and sugar, dilute with milk and, adding flour, bring the mixture to the boiling point, while stirring often. We cool and mix both parts of the cream. If the mass is too thick, dilute it with milk to the desired state. If the cream has turned out liquid, you can add to it boiled milk thick milk porridge.

We spread the crusts with cream and decorate with pieces of fruit. Our chocolate cake is ready!

With the same cakes you can prepare and cake on yogurt with jam. In this case, we smear the cakes with a suitable jam, jam or jam.

To get a marble cake on kefir, cocoa is added only in half the dough. The second part remains white. Gently stir the two colors of the dough, divide it in half and bake all the same two cakes, but already with a marble pattern.
