In addition to the obvious benefits, such cutlets are also convenient to prepare, because they can be baked simultaneously with a side dish or gravy.

Chicken cutlets baked in the oven with cheese

Nobody is against the baked chicken cutlets, especially if the minced stuffing is hidden among minced meat, and the meat itself is properly seasoned.

Combine the prepared forcemeat with the spices and herbs. Spinach and mix it with minced meat as soon as excess moisture evaporates. Pour everything with Worcestershire sauce and add chopped mint. From portions of minced meat, formulate cutlets and put a piece of cheese in the center of each. Place the cutlets in a preheated 190 degree oven. How much bake patties in the oven depends on the amount of minced meat used: for medium-sized cutlets will take 40 minutes, with the first 25 cooked on one side, and the remaining 15 - turn over to another.

Fish cutlets with potatoes, baked in the oven

Pry the potatoes and mix it with canned tuna. Add all the paste from ginger and garlic, a good pinch of salt, turmeric and a couple of egg whites for a bunch. From the resulting mass, blot the cutlets and send them to bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, until they grasp the outside.

Cutlets baked in the oven with gravy

Together with baked cutlets can be prepared and poured into them. The cutlets themselves do not require any pre-roasting, but are prepared in the manner of meatballs directly in tomato sauce. In our case, sour cream was added to the latter.

Mix the pork with a pinch of salt, egg and dried herbs. Form the cutlets and put them in a frying pan. Pour the cutlets with tomato sauce, top with sour cream and cover everything with a layer of cheese. Bake at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
