The combination of meat and fruit long ago left the tables of gourmets and went "to the people." The people, in turn, happily accepted such an innovation and now makes up all new and new recipes for cooking within the home kitchen. Today we decided to pay attention to the preparation of chops with pineapple. Why with pineapple? The answer is very simple, if you believe not only taste buds, but also scientific facts: enzymes contained in pineapple, break down collagen in the fibers of meat and make it juicier and more tender. So let's get together to figure out how to make chops with pineapple.
Chicken chop with pineapple and cheese
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 piece;
- pineapple (rings) - 2 pieces;
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- vegetable oil;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- grated hard cheese;
- greens - for decoration.
Preparation
Chicken my fillet , cleaned of films, dried and cut into 2 layers. Each layer is covered with a film and beaten with a hammer to a thickness of 1.5 cm. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry quickly on both sides so that the chicken pieces are seized. Now we grease the chicken with mayonnaise, put on each chop on a pineapple ring and fall asleep on top of grated cheese. We put the chicken under the grill, or we cook the chops in the oven with the pineapple, until the cheese melts. Then serve the dish to the table, sprinkled with herbs.
Pork chops with mushrooms and pineapple
Ingredients:
- pineapple juice - 170 ml;
- brown sugar - 1/4;
- cider vinegar - 1/3 of a century;
- soy sauce - 1/8;
- sauce barbecue - 1/3 of a century;
- grated ginger - 1 teaspoon;
- honey - 1 ½ tsp;
- champignons - 100 g;
- pineapples - 70 g;
- pork (flesh) - 500 g.
Preparation
Pork meat is cut into a layer and slightly beaten with a kitchen hammer. The first 7 ingredients are combined in a bowl and mixed thoroughly. We put the chops in the bag with the lock, pour the marinade and leave for a day in the fridge.
In the frying pan pour a little oil and fry the whole mushrooms on it (choose small mushrooms). As soon as all the moisture comes out of the mushrooms, add the pineapples cut into slices and continue cooking until the last ones are covered with a golden crust. On a separate frying pan we put the steaks along with the marinade and fry them until ready on both sides. Mix the contents of both pans and serve the chops to the table.
Recipe of beef chops with pineapple and garnish of potatoes
Ingredients:
- pineapple juice - half a century;
- soy sauce - 1/4 of the item;
- salt pepper;
- Beef steak, or pulp - 750 g;
- young potatoes - 500 g;
- green beans - 300 g;
- green chili - to taste;
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- cumin - 1/2 tsp;
- parsley greens.
Preparation
In a deep dish, we combine pineapple juice , soy sauce and 1/2 tsp of pepper. We load the chops into our marinade and leave them for 30 minutes.
The sauté pan is filled with water for 2.5 cm and we put in it a mesh for steaming. We bring the water to a boil and lay it young
We serve the dish to the table immediately, after the meat has rested, not forgetting to chop chops into pieces, and garnish thoroughly mix again. After such a dense and tasty dinner, no one is indifferent to pineapple chops.
