Ingredients:
- fresh raspberries - 3.5 kg;
- sugar - 250 g;
- vodka - 1 l;
- water 250 ml.
Preparation
Berries of raspberries are placed in a jar, poured with vodka and leave in a warm, darkened place for two or three days. Merge the resulting raspberry vodka into a separate bowl. From sugar and water cook syrup, chill, mix with vodka, close tightly with a lid and stand in a dark and cool enough place for twelve or fourteen days. Then filter through a cotton swab until it is transparent and poured into bottles. Raspberry liquor is ready.
Strawberry-raspberry liquor on vodka
Ingredients:
- fresh strawberries - 1000 g;
- fresh raspberries - 1000 g;
- sugar refined sugar - 1000 g;
- vodka - 1 l;
- water - 1 liter.
Preparation
Raspberries and strawberries are washed, dried, piled in a three-liter jar, poured with vodka and leave alone for three or four days. Now we throw strawberries with raspberries on a fine sieve, put the water and sugar on the stove, warm it to a boil and spread the berries into it. We boil for ten minutes, we cool it, knead it with a tolstalk and filter through several layers of gauze. Berries are thrown out, they have already done their job, and combine the syrup with vodka in a three-liter jar and let it brew for a week. The finished liquor is filtered through a cotton swab until it is transparent and bottled.
In a similar way, you can make just a crimson or strawberry liqueur, taking two kilograms of one type of berries.

Raspberry instant liquor made of raspberry jam
Ingredients:
- raspberry jam - 1,5 l;
- water - 500 ml;
- vodka - 500 ml.
Preparation
We open jars with jam, pour it into a saucepan, add water and digest. Then we pour into bottles and place in the sun for ten to twelve days. Now we filter the obtained tincture and dilute the resulting sweet raspberry syrup with vodka.
You can also make liqueur from jam in another way. To do this, pour raspberry jam into a three-liter jar, pour vodka, mix well and put in the sun for seven to ten days, depending on the weather. Periodically, the contents of the can shake. After the time has elapsed, first filter, and then filter out the resulting infusion to transparency using a watering-can and a cotton swab.
