Then we send the lemon zest, removed from citrus after thoroughly washing them in hot water. We punch the ingredients until we get the gruel, then pour the sugar, squeeze the juice from the lemon and turn on the blender for a few more seconds. Now shift the resulting fragrant mixture into a suitable vessel, add water, mix everything carefully and put it on the shelf of the refrigerator for several hours.

After a lapse of time lemonade filter through the hard impurities and can try, pouring it into a glass and adding ice cubes, a sprig of tarragon and a lemon slice.

How to make homemade lemonade from tar and lime?

Initially, make sugar syrup for lemonade. To do this, sugar (white or brown reed) is mixed with an equal amount of water and we have a container with the mixture on the fire. We warm it to dissolve all the sweet crystals, stirring, and remove from the plate.

Now in a separate pan or another suitable vessel lay out tarhun (two-thirds of the total), rinsing it beforehand under running water, topping up a little water and begin diligently rubbing the fragrant twigs with a wooden pistil, trying to squeeze a maximum of them juice and aroma. Only after that, we add water to the container, mix it with juice, flush the remains of the branches, remove the already unnecessary stems and discard them. Add the previously prepared syrup to the basis of the drink, squeeze the lime juice into it, and cut the citrus flesh into parts and throw it into the drink, rubbing it a little with a wooden pestle. We put the remaining tarragon in the vessel and put lemonade on the shelf of the refrigerator for cooling and infusion.

Before serving, strain the drink, add ice and serve, adding a glass of lime slice.
