Do not buy ready-made spirits, the purchase of which will have a significant impact on your family budget. If you have your own homestead or you buy berries from trusted people, you can easily make a delicious cherry liqueur quickly and independently.

Liquor from cherry on vodka

Ingredients:

Preparation

Go through the cherry, discard the rotten or unripe berries, rinse it well and remove the stems and bones. For cooking at home, such a cherry liqueur will need large-sized cans with a wide throat. Place the cherries in them, add sugar, add cherry leaves, cloves, cinnamon, vanillin and nutmeg. Then put the container in the sun or in a warm place for about 8-10 days. Now it remains to pour the berries with vodka and leave to infuse for 4 weeks. At the end, we filter the beverage and bottle it.

Cherry Liqueur with bones

Do not always have the extra time to painstakingly clean berries from the bones. Therefore, busy housewives, who still love to make alcoholic drinks themselves, this recipe will come in handy.

Ingredients:

Preparation

Such a liqueur is made from both red and yellow cherries. The presence of bones gives it a specific bitter taste. Grind the berries with a blender, without removing the bones. The resulting mass is transferred to cans, pour sugar and mix well. Close the jars with airtight covers and put them on the sunlight for ten days. Do not forget to open the banks once a day and shake vigorously. Then strain the cherry tincture using gauze, and pour all the vodka. Ready-made drink is bottled and kept in a darkened cool place for 3-5 days.

Cherry liqueur without vodka

Such a drink will cost significantly less, since it does not require additional purchase of vodka or alcohol. In addition, it is more natural and much more useful for health.

Ingredients:

Preparation

Berries are well washed and remove from them bones. At the bottom of a 3-liter can, fill about 200 g sugar, then alternate the berries and sugar layers approximately 1.5 cm thick. At the end, pour all the water.

Put on the jar the usual rubber glove, pre-puncture one of the fingers. Secure it securely on the neck with a rope or elastic. Place the container in a warm sunny place. When the fermentation process begins, the glove will rise and, as it were, inflate, and after it is completed it will again lower. Usually it takes about 2-3 weeks. At the end, strain the drink through a double layer of gauze. After 2-3 days, filter the liquor through cotton wool and pour into bottles. Now you know how to make liqueur from sweet cherry with minimal effort.
