In the classical version, the wine from the cherry is made by the hands of the fermentation of the juice, but in addition to this method there are many more.

Classic homemade wine from cherry

Berries are not mine, so as not to get rid of the microflora necessary for fermentation. We fall asleep cherries directly in a bottle (it is possible with ossicles if you like a tart taste of a drink) and fill it with warm sugar syrup. Wine from the fermented cherries with this recipe is quite sweet and very strong, so those who wish to weaken the taste and strength of the drink can add half the sugar.

A simple wine made from cherry juice is also prepared quite quickly. The output is a strong table wine.

Freshly squeezed cherry juice is mixed with sugar and water, add a little citric acid and leave to wander in a warm place until the gas generation ends. The fermented juice must be filtered and allowed to stand for another 2 months, after which the drink can be bottled and stored in a cool place.

Few people know that a good wine is obtained not only from fruits and juice of cherries, but also from leaves.

In the enamel saucepan boil the water and put cherry leaves in it, we cut them with a rolling pin to the bottom. We remove the pan from the heat and put it in a warm place for 3 days.

After the time has elapsed, the wort is poured into another dish and we put sugar and a handful of raisins to it (on the surface of the berries there are microorganisms necessary for fermentation, which will replace the yeast of wine). Stimulate fermentation and adjust the strength of the drink will be ammonia, after adding it, leave the dishes for fermentation for 8-12 days.

In the process of fermentation it is necessary to taste wine - it should be rather sweet.

As soon as the cap of foam was asleep - fermentation ended, the drink can be filtered and bottled. As soon as the young wine becomes transparent, it will again need to be bottled (plastic) and monitor the level of carbon dioxide in them: once the bottle becomes dense - the gas must be released.

In the process of maturation, it is necessary to merge the formed sediment 2-3 times. Once the wine is clear, it is ready for consumption.

Wine from cherry on vodka

Fans of fortified wines will certainly appreciate the wine from cherries, cooked on vodka.

From the ripe cherries squeeze out the juice and mix it with water and 2/3 sugar. Before you put the wine from the cherry to fermentation, it is necessary to introduce into it a starter, in which quality we have a handful of raisins. Fermentation of the wort takes about a week, after which it is possible to add vodka to the wine.

Spirituated wine is aged for 5 more days, filtered, add the rest of the sugar and bottled. As soon as the drink becomes transparent, the wine is ready for consumption.
