In the bowl, drive in eggs, lay sour cream, pour in the sugar, mix and sift into the resulting mass of flour, add vanillin, soda and salt. We make kneading, achieving not a sticky, but soft texture of the dough. You can optionally add steamed raisins, nuts or shredded dried fruits. Now we roll balls from it that are a little bit larger than a walnut and place them on a baking sheet covered with a piece of parchment.

We heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the products to it for baking. After about thirty minutes, when the cookies are browned, take the baking sheet from the oven, let the products cool down, and rub them with powdered sugar.

To make a dough, grind the cottage cheese with egg yolks, sugar, vanillin and a pinch of salt, achieving maximum uniformity, and then sift into the curd mixture flour in small portions, each time well kneading. Having received not a sticky texture of the dough, we roll it into a bowl, put it in a bag or wrap it with a film and leave it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
