Pour warm melted butter to eggs, pour in sugar and add kefir. Whisk the ingredients together until the mixture whitens. Add a bit of your favorite perfume to the beaten eggs: vanilla, rum, chocolate and everything else that your heart desires. Before separately combining the flour and the baking powder, pour the dry ingredients to the liquids and knead the dough. If you have time, then let the test rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, during which time the gluten will relax, it will be easier to work with the dough, and the donuts will turn out to be softer, but if there is no time, then start rolling immediately after mixing. Cut the dough into puffs and brown them in deep frying. Transfer the donuts to the grate and leave excess oil to drain.

The finished dough is left to double in size, then roll to a thickness of a couple of centimeters and cut into pyshki. Allow the puffs to come a second time, for another 15 minutes, and then fry them in preheated vegetable oil until browned.
