Squash and cut into pieces with a thickness of 6-7 cm. Using a spoon, we take out the core from the pieces, leaving a little pulp on the bottom in order to form a "cup" from the zucchini.

In a frying pan, we warm up the olive oil and butter and fry on it chopped onions until soft (about 5 minutes). To the sauteed onions, add the garlic and fry it for 30 seconds. Now add the ground beef and rice to the onions with garlic. As soon as the stuffing is ready, let's combine the filling with salt, pepper, dried basil and paprika, and then add a couple of tablespoons of tomato sauce to it . Fill the filling with "cups" from zucchini and put them on the bottom of the brazier. Pour the zucchini sauce and simmer for 45-60 minutes on low heat under the lid.
