Meat with mayonnaise and cheese
Ingredients:
- pork - 500 g;
- bulb - 1 piece;
- mayonnaise - 250 ml;
- wine vinegar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- boiled water - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- cheese hard - 400 g;
- greens of dill, parsley - at will;
- salt pepper.
Preparation
Meat washed, dried and cut into small slices. Slightly beat off each piece with a kitchen hammer, salt and pepper meat from both sides to taste. Then leave the pork for a few hours to marinate, put in the fridge, so that it becomes softer and fragrant.
And by this time we prepare for a bow: we clean it of the husks, shred by half rings and pour it with steep boiling water for 5 minutes. Then gently drain the water and soak it for 30 minutes in a solution made from vinegar and water. Next, take a refractory dish and grease it with a good bit of butter butter. Bake the dish for an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, we take meat, sprinkle a large amount of grated cheese on top, greens dill and send the form back to the oven. We check the preparedness of the dish as usual, piercing a piece of pork with a fork. Meat under mayonnaise is served to the table for any dishes, but it is especially well combined with fried potatoes . You can use a garnish of fresh or baked vegetables as an easier option.
