To begin with, we thoroughly wash all the apricots, and then divide their dense fruits into halves, removing the bones. Fruits placed around the bottom of a large enamel or aluminum bowl.

We take another container, into which we pour water, pour out fine sugar and put sugar syrup on the stove. When it boils carefully remove the foam and, after allowing it to boil for three minutes, pour out in a hot form on the apricot slices and mix it with a wooden spatula. Drain after 15 minutes this syrup along with the juice and, bringing it to the boiling point, again pour out on apricot. Cover the jam and let it stand the night, and on the morning we put it on the hob and cook for at least half an hour on a weak fire.

In the prepared (sterile) jars, put a large spoon into the lobules and top up the syrup with a golden color. We roll up with sterile lids and put the cans until they are completely cooled.

Also we wash the fruit in cold water and as the fruits of our apricot are very juicy we share them at help the sharp knife and carefully extract a hard to separate bone. In a comfortable wide container, in which we are going to cook jam, spread out a circle of lobules with the open side of the pulp up. Evenly cover the apricots with sugar, so that they are not visible at all and give them 3-4 hours of time so that they can start the juice. Then we put the jam on the gas stove and after it starts boiling we cook all for at least 15 minutes. Then it cools down to room temperature, and we again send it to cook, but for 20 minutes.
