One of the most useful fruits are apricots. Accordingly, in the winter, we and our babies, vitamins and microelements we need can get from jam! Therefore, we want to share with you the best recipes of the most delicious and, of course, useful apricot jam, in which we describe in detail how to boil it.
How to cook delicious apricot jam slices - recipe
Ingredients:
- dense apricots - 2 kg;
- drinking water - 3 items;
- fine sugar - 2.5 kg.
Preparation
To begin with, we thoroughly wash all the apricots, and then divide their dense fruits into halves, removing the bones. Fruits placed around the bottom of a large enamel or aluminum bowl.
We take another container, into which we pour water, pour out fine sugar and put sugar syrup on the stove. When it boils carefully remove the foam and, after allowing it to boil for three minutes, pour out in a hot form on the apricot slices and mix it with a wooden spatula. Drain after 15 minutes this syrup along with the juice and, bringing it to the boiling point, again pour out on apricot. Cover the jam and let it stand the night, and on the morning we put it on the hob and cook for at least half an hour on a weak fire.
In the prepared (sterile) jars, put a large spoon into the lobules and top up the syrup with a golden color. We roll up with sterile lids and put the cans until they are completely cooled.
