We insist the mixture in this state for about 5-7 weeks, in a warm place. After aging, the contents of the container are carefully filtered through gauze and set aside.

Now we need to make sugar syrup. To do this, pour the necessary amount of water into a saucepan, pour sugar, mix and cook for about 10 minutes, before the foaming begins. Then remove the dishes from the heat and cool to room temperature. Cucumber tincture is combined with sugar syrup and thoroughly mixed. Then the drink is poured into bottles, tightly sealed and allowed to stand for 5 days to enhance the taste. Before use, the liqueur is slightly cool.

Liquor from currant on vodka

All the leaves are washed and spread on a towel to dry. Currants are sorted, washed and put into a pan along with the leaves. Then pour boiling water, cover with a lid and leave to infuse for 12 hours. After the time has passed, strain the liquid, pour in granulated sugar and citric acid. Bring to a boil, cool, pour in vodka and clean in the refrigerator for 2 days. After that, we pour the liquor on the bottles and serve it on the festive table.

Homemade liquor from black currant

Currants are washed, laid in a suitable size bowl and poured half a serving of sugar. Then pour in water and mash berries with a blender in puree. After that we cover with gauze and leave for about a week to wander, stirring daily, and from the fourth day we pour into the drink 100 grams of sugar.

When seven days pass, we pour the future wine into a bottle and tightly seal it with a lid. We make a hole in it and insert a special tube, due to which the cake will settle in the sediment. After 2-3 days, add another 100 grams of sugar and let it completely dissolve. Before the final readiness is still 3 weeks, and then you can pour the drink on bottles and send to a cool dark place. As a result, we will get a liquor with a good tart taste, a fragrant scent and a pleasant aftertaste.

Liqueur of currant and grapes

In order to speed up the process of isolating the juice, we take turns passing the grapes and black currant through the juicer. After that, in the grape juice, heat up to 30 degrees, pour in the sugar and pour in the currant juice. The resulting mixture is poured into glass containers and left for fermentation for 7-10 days. When fermentation is over, liqueur filter, let through a layer of cotton wool, add vodka and pour on glass bottles. We plug them with stoppers and store them in a cool, dark place in a horizontal position.
