After 8 days, merge all the juice from the pulp, mix with the remaining sugar syrup and pour it into a clean container, again putting a water seal on it. After another 8-9 days, we dispense the home wine from the turn by processed, clean bottles and cap them with stoppers or lids.

From the water and small, white sugar, prepare a sweet syrup, boiling it on minimal heat for 6-7 minutes. We cool it to a barely warm state and pour it into a prepared container for further fermentation of the wine, after laying out all the dark (unwashed!) Raisins here.

The washed up thorn (along with the bones) is placed in a pan with a thick bottom, we add water to it, only to cover the berries and put this container on the plate's hotplate. We boil the turn to the point that its peel begins to exfoliate, and after that we mix the contents of the pan with the container where the raisins are already. We put a hydraulic seal on the tank or cover it with a cut of gauze and leave it for 6 days in a warm place. Filter through a few clean layers of gauze braga in the same, only a clean container and, covering it, forget about playing the wine for another 20 days. After repeating the process of straining and packaging the wine in bottles.

A properly prepared turn is placed in a large, suitable saucepan. Carefully mash the fruits with improvised means. Then we pour in the right volume of steep boiling water and leave everything for 4, maximum for 5 days. We filter all the juice from the pan into a large 10 liter bottle, introduce into it yeast, fine granulated sugar, and stirring everything up nicely, sending it to heat for 14 days. We shake again and after 24 hours filter. We pour out all the young wine from the turn on glass containers (bottles) and place them as cool as possible.
