Dish of peas with meat
Ingredients:
- dry peas - 450 g;
- bulb - 1 piece;
- meat - 150 g;
- spice;
- vegetable oil;
- cream - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
The meat is thoroughly washed and diced. Then fry it together with finely chopped peeled onion until cooked. After that, pour in the cream and blot out 2 more minutes. Peas thoroughly washed in cold water, pour into a separate pan and boil in water until ready for about 30 minutes. Then mass podsalivaem to taste, remove from the fire and let the soup cool down a little. We beat it in a puree with a submerged blender. Now we pour the ready soup on plates, lay out the roast and serve it to the table.
