Preparation
The washed and dried chicken fillet is cut into small cubes. Peeled carrots three on a small grater, chop the onion and dill. We combine the ingredients in a deep bowl, add the flour, egg, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. We mix everything thoroughly. - kefir - 1 glass;

Preparation
Oat flakes are filled with kefir and leave for 15 minutes to swell. Chop the onions and let the garlic pass through the press. We combine minced meat from chicken fillet with oatmeal, onion and garlic, add egg, salt and spices to taste and thoroughly mix everything. In a frying pan with a warmed vegetable oil spoon lay out the resulting stuffing. After one side is browned, turn our oat pancakes on the second side and on a small fire bring to readiness.
