To make an Easter roll with poppy seeds, dry yeast is poured into a small bowl, pour half a portion of warm milk and throw a teaspoon of sugar. We mix everything thoroughly with a whisk and leave to come in warm for a while. The flour is sieved several times, and the remaining milk is heated with butter, and then add sugar and dissolve it.
