Preparation
To make an Easter roll with poppy seeds, dry yeast is poured into a small bowl, pour half a portion of warm milk and throw a teaspoon of sugar. We mix everything thoroughly with a whisk and leave to come in warm for a while. The flour is sieved several times, and the remaining milk is heated with butter, and then add sugar and dissolve it. Oparu poured carefully into the flour, gradually introduce warm sweet milk, throw vanillin and drive in chicken eggs. We knead the dough well, spread it into a wide bowl, cover with a clean towel and leave it for 45 minutes in a warm place.
