We send the cake to a heated oven up to 180 degrees and forget about 40 minutes about it. After the specified time, we take fish cake with rice from the puff pastry, let it rest for 10 minutes, and then cut and call everyone to the table.

We put the canned fish into a bowl and knead it well with a fork. As a rule, it is customary to drain liquid from a can. But in this recipe just the opposite, it's better to leave it, so the filling will come out more moist, and the pie, respectively, is more juicy. Eggs are cleaned, and crushed in any convenient way - even though we pass through the grandson, though we cut it lightly. We chop the greens very finely. Mix all the ingredients. Then we roll it into a layer corresponding to the size of the baking dish, which by the way is smeared with oil or margarine. We spread the dough and that it does not swell up during the preparation, do it a few punctures with a fork. Next, we put a layer of parchment paper on the dough, pour out a layer of peas on it and send it to the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Then take out the form, peel the paper and put the dough back in the oven for 5 minutes. In the meantime, cut into cubes salmon and mozzarella, and cut small tomatoes in half.
