Yeast and sugar pour a small amount of warm milk, quickly stir and leave for 10 minutes. In the resulting spoon, pour portions of sifted flour and pour out the remaining cold milk. We throw salt, we introduce vegetable oil and mix non-tight liquid dough. We cover it with a towel and leave it for 35 minutes.

To prepare the filling, shred the cheese on a small grater, and cut the onions into rings. We combine cheese in a bowl with sour cream, add onions and chopped dill.

The filling is mildly mashed with clean hands, so that the green leaves the juice. After that, we roll the mass into a ball.

From the dough that comes up, we form a cake and spread the green stuffing ball to the middle. We protect the edges from above, neatly roll out the workpiece with the palms, evenly distributing the filling. In the center, make a small slit to exit the steam, and lay out the cake with suluguni cheese and greens on an oiled baking sheet. Bake the dish in a preheated oven for up to 185 degrees for 25 minutes. Before serving, we smear the top of the cake with the melted butter.
