Ingredients:

Preparation
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and dip them into the beef steak . Leave the meat to marinate for 1 hour, then let it stand for another 30 minutes at room temperature. Meanwhile, the noodles are steamed, washed with cold water and cut. Ingredients for filling we put in a blender and whisk thoroughly.
In the frying pan pour a little oil and fry the meat on both sides for a couple of minutes, after which we give the meat a little rest and cut into strips.
