Recipe for fried zucchini with tomatoes

Zucchini washed, cut with a knife skin, cut along in half and select all the bones. If you use a young zucchini, then just shred it with rings. Tomatoes, too, washed, cut out neatly stalked and chopped rings. Bulb and garlic clean and cut into small. Now we heat the frying pan vegetable oil, lay out zucchini and lightly fry them 3 minutes. Then add onions, garlic and tomatoes. Salting, pepper to taste and stew for 8-10 minutes with the lid open, stirring. At the end of the frying we throw fresh fresh herbs and gently mix. Serve the dish as a light snack, garnish to meat or fish.

Fried pork with tomatoes

Meat washed, cut into 4 pieces, dried and sprinkled with salt with spices. Then fry on vegetable oil from 2 sides until ready and shift to a plate. Cover the pork with a towel to keep it warm. In a frying pan, pour a little vegetable oil and heat it over a moderate fire. Then we throw the ray cut into half rings and fry, stirring until golden.

Add the tomatoes cut into slices, chopped garlic and dry basil. Stir well and stew for about 3 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft. We pour lemon juice and season with pepper and salt. The dish is decorated with lettuce leaves, and on top we spread the chops and sprinkle the roasted meat with the tomatoes crumbled fete.

Fried mushrooms with tomatoes

The bulb is cleaned and finely shredded. Garlic is also cleaned and let through the press. Tomatoes washed, dried and chopped small cubes. Champignons are processed and chopped in small slices. In a frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil and fry in it the onion and garlic until golden.

Then add tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. We mix everything thoroughly and prepare the vegetables for a few more minutes. Then throw the mushrooms, cover the frying pan with a lid and fry the mushrooms on a slow fire for 20 minutes, stirring. Finished dish sprinkled at will finely chopped greens.

Tomatoes are washed, lowered for 10 seconds in boiling water and peeled. Then cut into circles, sprinkle with paprika, squeezed garlic and pepper. Now we make the claret: whisk the eggs, put the sour cream, add the grated cheese and mix everything thoroughly. If desired, we add salt to taste. Frying pan, pour oil and wait until it warms up. Then we dip the tomatoes in the batter, put them in a frying pan and fry until golden brown.
