Lentil salad

If you want to cook, for example, a salad of green lentils, then you do not have to worry that it gets boiled. Other varieties - red or brown, boil only 10-20 minutes in boiling water. And you can even take advantage of the canned - you just need to drain the water and mix the lentils with vegetables, meat and greens.
