Then gradually pour the sifted wheat flour and, breaking the mass with a whisk or a mixer, we start the dough to the consistency of thick sour cream.

In a skillet with a thick bottom pour a little vegetable refined oil and a tablespoon apply dough. We brown the pancakes from two sides, take it out on a dish and serve it to the table, sprinkled with sugar powder.
