Using as the main components of the flesh of squid and carrots, you can prepare a variety of delicious and healthy salads. Both squid and carrots are valuable and very useful food products, they contain a lot of substances necessary for the human body. Kalmar is practically free of fat, and carrots are better absorbed with fat. Therefore, it is better to make dressings for such salads on the basis of vegetable oil.

Of course, we will need some other ingredients. Retail chains offer squid in the form of small carcasses or large pieces of flesh - both are suitable. In any version (for any salad) squid should be doused with boiling water and peeled off, if the carcasses - then remove the cartilage.

Squid cook in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, no more, otherwise it will become stiff. Korean carrots can be bought in home kitchens and even in large grocery stores, but it's better to tinker yourself. The main principle of cooking Korean carrots is rubbing on a special grater and pickling in a mixture of vegetable oil with vinegar with hot red pepper, garlic and coriander (cilantro). Try to avoid using carrots "cyclopean" type.

The cleared bulb is cut into thin semirings. Peeled carrots rubbed on a grater for Korean carrots. Mix the oil with vinegar in a ratio of 3: 1 or 4: 1. Add the ground coriander, season with chopped garlic and hot red pepper. With this mixture marinate onions and carrots (in a salad bowl). Prepare and weld the squid (see the beginning of the text). Cool and cut into strips or small strips (carcass - you can spiral, across). Finely chop the greens. Add squid and greens to pickled carrots and onions. We mix it up, let's stand for 5-8 minutes. We serve with light light table wine, lemon vodka, gin.

Grate the carrots on a grated carrot for Korean carrots. We'll boil the hard-boiled eggs, cool it and clean it. Cut or chop. We will weld the squid and cut it into strips. Narubim the greenery and the ray. All this we will combine in a salad bowl. Mix the butter with vinegar (3: 1), season with hot red pepper and chopped garlic. Fill salad dressing and mix. Let's stand for about 10 minutes.

Squid is prepared, boiled, cooled and cut into strips or spirals (see above). Carrots natrem on the "Korean" grater. We will cut the tomatoes into slices. Nuts can be chopped with a knife (some species can be added entirely). Chop the greens and garlic. We'll put everything in a salad bowl.

For filling, mix the vinegar with the oil (about 1: 4). Fill the salad and mix. Onions do not add - it does not combine with nuts. Let's wait about 10 minutes, and you can serve to the table.
