Plum Cake

We offer a recipe for an incredibly delicious plum cake. The harmonious combination of plum puree with cottage cheese and grape juice in this dessert is just crazy. Chocolate corn from corn flakes brings its zest and perfectly complements the delicate jelly mousse from plums and cottage cheese.

If desired, grape juice can be replaced with cherry, and instead of black chocolate, use milk.

This recipe for a cake with plum mousse and jelly is baked and suggests a quick preparation of delicacies.

Initially, melt in any convenient way chocolate, pour out flakes to it and mix it. Now lining the food film with a detachable shape with a diameter of 22 centimeters and laying out flakes with chocolate in it. We level the mass and place it for freezing on the shelf of the refrigerator.

Now proceed to the preparation of plum cream for the cake. Gelatin soak in a small portion of grape juice and leave for about twenty minutes. After a while, heat the gelatin mixture (do not boil!) And give with continuous stirring to dissolve all the granules. We remove the washed plums from the bones, combine them in a saucepan with the rest of the grape juice and sugar, let it boil and cook until the plum halves are softened. After that, cool the plum mass a little, punch the blender to the maximum possible smoothie, then pour the gelatin and once again whisk.

In a bowl or container of the blender we combine cottage cheese with cream and punch through to airiness with the same blender (submersible or stationary, respectively). Now we connect two thirds of the plum jelly mass with the resulting lavish curd-cream mixture and whisk together until homogeneous.

Completing the design of the cake, spread the plum-curd cream on the frozen cake of chocolate and cereal, and from above with a spoon distribute arbitrarily portions of the remaining plum-jelly mass. Throughout the perimeter on the surface of the cake chaotically conduct a fork, making a divorce. It remains only to wait for the complete freezing of the product on the shelf of the refrigerator. This will take at least four hours, and it is better to cook this cake today for tomorrow.
