  1. We begin with the tension of the subcutaneous muscle. The corners of the mouth with an effort lower as low as possible, straining the entire neck. If there are ugly wrinkles around the mouth, hold them with your fingers. Strained neck, we count to 16. We do three approaches.
  2. We fixed the shoulders, we move the neck forward and backward. The shoulders are motionless, the head does not turn, only the neck moves. Repetition: 8.
  3. Now the lateral muscles are working. The shoulders are motionless, stretching the right ear to the right side, the left ear to the left. Moves aside only the neck. Repetition: 8.
  4. We connect the previous two exercises, and do the movements in a circle. Neck - forward, right, back, left. So 4 circles in one direction, and 4 - in another.
  5. We turn our heads to the right, pull our necks, look at the right shoulder, look our heads to the left, pull our necks, our chin looks over our left shoulder. Repetitions: 16.
  6. Now stretch the neck: we lower the ear to the right shoulder, fix the position, return to the FE, lower the ear to the left shoulder, fix, pull, return to the FE. Repetition: 16.
  7. We lower the ear to the left shoulder, make a half-turn from the left shoulder to the right one. The head is heavy. Repeat 8 times on one side and the other.
  8. We lower head forward, the chin reaches the jugular fossa. We return to the IP. Repeat 4 times.
  9. Lower teeth and lips embrace the upper lip, throw your head back, strengthen the exercise, lowering the corners of the mouth to the side. Keep the position and turn the head to the upper right corner and count to eight. We return to the IP, we lower the head and repeat the same to the left.
  10. In the last exercise, we connect everything that was done in the previous one: grab the upper lip with the lower lips, tilt the head, lower the corners of the mouth, make a right turn with a delay, make a left turn with a delay of 8 seconds.
