Soon the New Year and many people are thinking about how to decorate the house with their own hands. Of course, it's easier to buy jewelry in the store, but it's nice to admire your creations that give the holiday even more comfort and warmth. The main decoration of the house, of course, is the tree. And what about making small Christmas trees made of felt felt on your feet with your own hands, with which you can decorate your desk, kitchen cabinets, shelves in the nursery, window sills?
In this master class I will tell you how easy it is to sew a fur-tree from felt.

To create such Christmas trees we will need:
- Green felt for the basis of Christmas trees and a colorful felt for podstavochek;
- filler;
- cuts of fabric for decoration;
- buttons;
- culinary wooden skewers;
- plastic caps from bottles;
- thread;
- scissors;
- hot glue gun.
In the form of decor I will sew small soft figures - a deer and herringbone, you can choose absolutely any figures that you like best. The pattern of the stem of the herringbone is an arbitrary size of the triangle. You can experiment with the form - do not limit your imagination!
How to make a herringbone of felt:
- Apply the resulting patterns to the felt and fabric and circle. Figures I trace on the front side, since I will not turn them out afterwards.
- Triangles for the basis of the Christmas tree just cut out. We need one Christmas tree - two details. I have four, because I will sew two Christmas trees at once.
- Triangles sew together on the two sides. The underside is not sewn - through it will fill the Christmas tree.
- We fill the Christmas tree with filler. I took the holofiber, you can take the usual cotton wool, as it does not need to be filled very tightly. The base is stitched, leaving a small hole in the middle - we will insert our foot into it.
- We proceed to the figures for the decor. Fold the fabric in half, the wrong side to the purl. Stitch along the contour, leaving a small place uncrosslinked. Through this hole fill the figures with filler, and then sew up. Cut off excess fabric with a small allowance from the seam.
- Now let's make a podstavochku for the leg. To do this, take the caps from the plastic bottles. In the middle of the lid we'll make holes. I made them a thick nail.
- Then apply the lid sideways to the felt to determine the width of the strip for pasting the stand. We measure the circumference of the lid - this will be the length of the strip. Another circle around the circle. Cut out the resulting elements.
- Using a hot gun, we glue the parts to the cover.
- The final stage - the decor of the Christmas trees - remained. At the top I sewed buttons, and in the middle with a hot pistol I glued the figures.
- Well and in the end, we insert a wooden skewer in a basis of a fur-tree, we measure the necessary length of a leg - superfluous we break off. The other end is shoved into the podstavochku, previously making a hole with something sharp. That's all, our handmade - Christmas tree of felt with our own hands - is ready.
