Unfold and properly beat the chicken to a flat state. Carcase salt, pepper, rub it with oil and garlic and clean for 6 hours in the refrigerator. Before starting to fry the chicken, remove all garlic from it so that it does not burn during the frying.

We take a frying pan with a wide bottom and pre-heat it, putting a piece of butter on it. We put our chicken carcass and cover it from above. The lid should be the same diameter as the bottom of the pan. That is, she should lie down on the chicken and press it, and not in the pan. Top of the lid put the load (for example, a pan of water). Fry first with one, then on the other side. We rub garlic or any other seasoning with hot chicken. Sauces for chicken tobacco can be different: sweet and sour, sweet-sharp, sharp. For example, here is an option of garlic sauce: grind 3 cloves of garlic and fill it with any broth. Leave to stand for 30 minutes.
