Cut into large slices and let them stew in garlic oil. Add basil, spices, a little salt and a pinch of sugar. Cook the pasta for 5 minutes in salted water, and then mix them with a little oil. Rub parmesan on a large grater. Make pockets of foil, put in each little spaghetti, on top a few shrimp, a little tomato sauce and wine. Sprinkle with cheese and wrap pockets. Bake the dish in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Put the pocket on the plate, open and season with the leftovers of cheese.

Risotto

Dissolve the butter on a hot frying pan. Fry the garlic so that the oil absorbs its odor. Discard the lobules. Finely chop the onion and fry until transparent in butter over low heat. When the onion turns pale, add rice. The oil should create a shell around the grains. In small portions add rice to the broth, stirring the risotto. Salt can be dissolved in broth, and you can pour in the end along with pepper and other seasonings. When the risotto is almost ready, add a little cream. Sprinkle the risotto with the Parmesan cheese. Turn off the heat and cover. After three minutes, open the rice and mix it vigorously. You can add vegetables and meat to the risotto or serve as a solo dish. Decorate the risotto with the remains of grated Parmesan and basil.
