Ingredients:
- Salmon - 1 kg;
- spice;
- olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- natural soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- ginger crushed - 1 teaspoon;
- honey liquid - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- lemon peel - to taste;
- parsley fresh.
Preparation

In olive oil add garlic, squeezed through a special press, pour in soy sauce, throw grated ginger, lemon zest and put a little honey. - potatoes - 500 g;
- bulb - 1 piece;

Preparation
We wash the potatoes and clean them. We process the fish, remove the insides, scales and bones, and then cut into pieces. The bulb is cleaned and shredded by rings. We cover the foil with foil, pour a little oil and spread the potatoes, cut into slices. Salting it to taste, distribute the fish and sprinkle it on top with spices and onion rings.
