Strawberry pies can be cooked not only in the season of this wonderful berry, but also at any time of the year, because frozen strawberries are sold in any supermarket. Depending on the recipe of the test, everyone can choose a pie to their liking, or experiment, preparing a new delicacy every day.
Curd cake with strawberries on kefir
Ingredients:
For the test:
- kefir - 500 ml;
- butter - 100 g;
- egg - 1 piece;
- flour - 700 g.
For filling:
- fresh strawberries - 400 g;
- cottage cheese - 500 g;
- currant jelly - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- powdered sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon.
Preparation
Flour sift and mix with the rest of the ingredients for the dough. We leave the prepared dough in the refrigerator for 40 minutes, then roll it out, lay out a load on it, for example, beans or cereals, so that the dough does not rise, and bake in the oven heated up to 200 degrees, until it is covered with a ruddy crust (in on average it takes 35-40 minutes).
In the meantime, whisk cottage cheese with sugar powder and vanilla until smooth. Jelly is bred in water, following the instructions on the package. Berries are mine, dried, if necessary cut in half.
On the cooled cake pour cottage cheese stuffing, on top we spread the berries in the most dense layer and fill them with currant jelly. We leave the pie with fresh strawberries in the refrigerator until the jelly solidifies.
Sand cake with strawberries
Ingredients:
For the test:
- flour - 2 1/2 items;
- salt - a pinch;
- powder for baking - 1/4 tsp;
- butter - 250 g;
- ice water - 1/3 tbsp.
For filling:
- sugar - 3/4;
- starch - 1/3;
- Strawberry - 3 items;
- rhubarb - 400 g;
- orange peel - 1/4 tsp.
Preparation
Let's start with the preparation of the dough. We sift the flour and mix it thoroughly with a baking powder. Add to the dry ingredients a pinch of salt and diced cold oil. We spread the dough into a crumb and, adding a little cold water, form it into a bowl. The bowl of the short dough is covered with a film and left in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
If desired, you can add rhubarb to the pie filling, but it is not necessary. So, if you still stopped your attention on the recipe with rhubarb, cut the stems with small cubes and put them in a bowl with strawberries. Sprinkle the stuffing with starch, add sugar and a little orange peel for flavor.
The dough is rolled out and laid out in a mold, we distribute the filling on top and put the dessert in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. After 40-45 minutes the cake will be ready.
How to cook a biscuit pie with strawberries?
Ingredients:
- flour - 1 1/2 items;
- powder for baking - 1 1/2 tsp.
- salt - 1/2 tsp;
- sugar - 3/4;
- strawberry jelly - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- butter - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- vegetable oil - 5 tbsp. spoons;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- Strawberry puree - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- milk - half a century;
- vanilla extract - 2 tsp.
- whipped cream, fresh strawberries, almonds - for decoration.
Preparation
Oven warm up to 180 degrees. Whisk the milk with vanilla extract. In another bowl, combine sifted flour with baking powder and salt.
Using a mixer, beat up the vegetable and butter with sugar and gelatin for about one and a half minutes. Add the eggs one by one to the mixture until it is completely blended. After gradually pour a mixture of dry ingredients, alternating it with milk, which should be added in two approaches. As soon as the dough becomes homogeneous, you can add strawberry puree to it. Pour the dough into a mold and bake for 25-30 minutes. Ready biscuit completely cool and decorate with cream, nuts and fresh berries, or decorate at our discretion.
