Pilaf with meat in the multivariate
Ingredients:
- meat (beef, lamb) - 0,5 kg;
- rice - 3 multi-glass;
- carrots - 300 g;
- onion - 300 g;
- vegetable oil (odorless) - 50 g;
- seasoning for pilaf - to taste;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- garlic - one middle head.
Preparation
Three carrots on a large grater, chop the onion, carefully rinse the rice. If your "Redmond" multivark has a "Pilaf" mode, then you will only have to put all the products in the order that we indicated above in the note and press the cherished button "Pilaf".
If you are the lucky owner of the Redmond multivarka with the function "Multiprofile", then select this function in the menu and put the temperature at 120 degrees.
If there are no such functions in your multivarker, then proceed as follows: select the "Fry-Vegetables" mode and fry onions, carrots and spices on it, stirring during frying. Choose "Varka-Express" and turn this function on for 30 minutes. Then go to the "time setting", press the "cooking time" button and set the temperature to 120 degrees. If this is not enough, and the water is not completely evaporated, then put your multivarka on the "Maintenance of heat" mode for 15 minutes.

Sweet pilaf in the multivark
Ingredients:
- apple (hard varieties) - 400 g;
- dried fruits (dried apricots, prunes) - 100 g;
- raisins - 100 g;
- rice - 1 multistaken;
- vegetable oil - 20 g;
- honey - 2 tsp;
- water - 4 multistans.
Preparation
We cut fruit and dried fruits with straw. First put the oil in the bowl, put fruit and dried fruits on the butter, then rinse the rice, honey and gently fill it with water. We turn on the "Plov" mode for 40 minutes or the "Multiprocess" mode with a temperature of 120 degrees.
With spices, be careful. Many people do not tolerate barberry and cinnamon, and some, on the contrary, adore it. Add only those spices that you have tried before.
Pilaf with mushrooms in the multivark
Ingredients:
- rice - 2 multi-cups;
- mushrooms - 0,5 kg;
- carrots - 300 g;
- onion - 300 g;
- vegetable oil (odorless) - 50 ml;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- garlic - 1 medium head.
Preparation
We rub on a large grater or cut long carobs of carrots, shinkuem onions and mushrooms. Choose the "Fry-Vegetables" or "Baking" mode and fry, without closing the lid until half-ready.
Add the washed rice, salt, garlic and water and turn on the "Plov" mode. On heating, we hold 15-20 minutes.
