Paella in the multivariate

Currently, many have already acquired such a fashionable and useful device as a multivarker. Many owners of these wonder devices are interested in how to cook in a multi-bar, for example, paella.

Paella, as is known, is a dish based on rice, which is first fried in a special pan (which, in fact, is called paella), then boiled, adding other ingredients during the process.

Fry the rice in a frying pan in olive oil and transfer it into the bowl of the multivariate. Add 600-700 ml of water and put the desired mode ("pilaf", "buckwheat", "rice" - follow the instructions of the device). After about 25-30 minutes, the rice will be ready.

Boil squid and shrimp in boiling water for 3 minutes, no more. We clear the crustaceans. Carcases of squid are cut across long thin strips (they will curl into spirals, it will be beautiful).

We heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, cut into half or quarter rings. Add the sweet pepper, cut into strips. After a minute or two we put squids, shrimps and tomatoes, chopped into slices. Pour in the wine and warm, stirring, for about 3 minutes. Add the chopped garlic, saffron and other dry ground spices.

Mix the finished rice with the contents of the frying pan, lay out on plates, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve it to the table.

Paella with chicken in the multi-brand "Redmond" or "Panasonic"

Chicken meat cut into small pieces and fry along with onions. We add Fig. Fry, stirring, all for about 5-8 minutes, then put it into the bowl of the multivariate. Add 500-700 ml of water, slightly add salt and mix. Choose the mode of "pilaf". After 30 minutes both meat and rice will be ready.

Separately in a frying pan in olive oil fry the onions, chopped finely, until the shade changes. Add the sweet peppers cut with short straws. Tomatoes cut slices and after 4 minutes we put them, then add saffron and dry spices, pour in the wine. Stewed, stirring with a shovel, for about 3-5 minutes, turn off the fire and put the squeezed garlic.

Ready rice mixed with meat mixed with the vegetable mixture and sprinkled with chopped herbs.

The paella is good to serve table wine (Spanish, Chilean or Argentine wines will suit perfectly).
