Lecho - a traditional Eastern European dish, which spread with furious speed from his native Hungary around the world. Simple in cooking, incredibly tasty, at the same time inexpensive dish was conquered by dozens of eaters, so it was hard not to devote another article to this recipe. How to cook lecho in a multivariate?
Ingredients:
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 kg;
- onion - 500 g;
- tomatoes - 500 g;
- vegetable oil - half a century;
- sugar - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
- vinegar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- bay leaf - 1 piece;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Bulgarian pepper is cleared from the core with seeds and cut into large straws. We cut onions in rings or semirings. The skin of tomatoes is cut in crosswise and overlays the fruits with steep boiling water, after which we remove the exfoliated skin. If tomatoes are not at hand, you can use natural tomato juice, tomato puree or paste.
In the bowl of the multivarka, fill in the vegetable oil, add all the prepared vegetables, salt, pepper, sugar and bay leaf. We are preparing a lecho in the multimark "Redmond", so we turn on the "Quenching" mode and leave the standard time - 1 hour. After the sound signal, pour in a little vinegar (if you plan to preserve the dish or extend the shelf life), if desired, you can also add a couple of chopped garlic cloves. We leave the dish for half an hour, and then serve it in a hot or cold form.
Recipe lecho in multivark "Polaris"
Ingredients:
- Bulgarian pepper - 1,5 kg;
- capers - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- olives - 1 handful;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- vegetable oil - 1/4 tbsp.
Preparation
In the cup of the multivarka, we heat the oil in the "Hot" mode and fry the crushed garlic cloves on it for a minute. Meanwhile, the previously peeled peppers are cut into large straws, then we put them in the bowl of the device. We set the mode "Quenching" for 2 hours. Olives and capers are crushed in greens and put in ready-made lecho. Thoroughly mix everything, add salt with pepper to taste and leave on "Warming" for 20 minutes, after which the dish can be served.
Lecho of zucchini in the multi-bar "Panasonic"
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 3 kg;
- tomato puree - 1.5 liters;
- carrots - 4 pcs .;
- onion - 4 pcs .;
- Bulgarian pepper - 500 g;
- vegetable oil - 250 ml;
- sugar - 1 item;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation

Preparation
Carrots rub on a large grater and fry together with onion rings in vegetable oil for 15-20 minutes. Bulgarian pepper is cut with straws, eggplant is peeled, cut into cubes and if necessary, soaked in salted water. Add the pieces of pepper and eggplant to the roast of onions and carrots, then we put the garlic, some sugar, passed through the press, add the salt with pepper and fill everything with tomato puree. Choose the mode "Quenching" or "Pilaf" for 1.5 hours. Ready lecho can be additionally seasoned, sprinkled with herbs and served to the table in a cold or hot form.
