Now pour tomato juice (homemade) to it, wait for it to boil, and then introduce a sharp chili ketchup and, after mixing all together, simmer the sauce on a weak fire for about 10-12 minutes. After its preparation, we cover the turkey's wings uniformly with sauce, which are tightly closed with food foil and put the form in the oven. Since the idea is prepared for a long time, we will bake the wings at 210 degrees for 80 minutes, then remove the foil and brown the wings in the same mode for about 15 minutes.

How to cook hot wings in a frying pan?

With the chicken wings washed in the water, we cut off the sharp part of the wing that is practically free of meat veins, and the remaining wing is cut in two at the base of the joint.

Prepared for cooking the wings of the chicken thoroughly rubbed mustard and add them to a high bowl. Then choose adzhika more sharply and spread it on the wings, which we turn over several times with our hands, so that adzhika carefully wraps them around. Before further frying, the wings need to stand for at least one and a half hours, then their peel will be crispy, with a pungent aroma of sharpness.

Now pour in a pan about one centimeter of sunflower oil and after its warming we spread our beautiful halves of wings into it. After their two-sided frying, cover the frying pan with a suitable lid and keep the wings under it for about 3-4 minutes, reducing the fire to a minimum.

How to cook wings in honey sauce in a multivark?

At once we take a bowl of multivark and pour water into it, in which we stir liquid honey. Then we pour salty soy sauce, sunflower oil, pour out the coriander and add mayonnaise. Peel the onion and garlic in the bowl of the blender and spread the crushed mixture into our marinade. Now one by one add wings and mix them in a marinade with honey, while carefully rubbing it with your hand into each wing.

In order for our dish to be cooked before being cooked, we put the "Delayed Start" on the multivark for two hours and then select the "Quenching" mode, which is set for the same time. Now you can safely do your own business, and after four hours you will get ready-made chicken wings with a delicate taste from the multivark.
