Olives are delicious as an independent snack and as a component of many complex dishes, among which salads occupy a significant part. Several variations of culinary compositions with the participation of olives, we offer below in our recipes.
Salad with chicken, olives, cheese and tomatoes - recipe
Ingredients:
- boiled chicken breast - 160 g;
- cream cheese - 90-100 g;
- fresh tomatoes - 160 g;
- medium size olives - 12 pcs .;
- fresh cucumbers - 160 g;
- salt of stone cookery and spices (spices) - to taste;
- dill, parsley (greens) - to taste;
- feathers of green onions - to taste;
- mayonnaise is easy - to taste.
Preparation
- Chicken breast (flesh) must be boiled until ready in salted water to taste with added spices.
- After cooling in the broth, chicken cut into cubes. In the same manner shinkoo washed and dried cucumbers, tomatoes, as well as processed cheese.
- Now combine the prepared component salad in a bowl, add the olives without pits, chopped fresh herbs and onions, we fill all with mayonnaise, add salt to taste and mix.
Salad with olives, crab sticks and cheese
Ingredients:
- crab sticks - 160 g;
- cheese hard - 120 g;
- fresh tomatoes - 160 g;
- medium size olives - 12 pcs .;
- boiled boiled egg - 1 pc .;
- salt, cooked to the taste;
- pepper ground (a mixture of several types) - to taste;
- mayonnaise is easy - to taste.
Preparation
- To prepare the salad, boil, clean and cut straw chicken eggs, and shredded oblong ribbons of crab sticks.
- Hard cheese grind on a large grater, tomatoes shred by slices, and olives without pits rings.
- Combine the ingredients of the salad in a bowl, add to taste mayonnaise, salt and a mixture of peppers and mix.
Salad with brynza, olives and bell pepper
Ingredients:
- Bulgarian peppers - 280 g;
- brynza - 280 g;
- fresh tomatoes - 280 g;
- medium size olives - 12-15 pcs .;
- fresh cucumbers - 280 g;
- salad red onion - 130 g;
- salt, cooked to the taste;
- pepper ground (a mixture of several types) - to taste;
- olive oil - 70 ml;
- apple cider vinegar - 35 ml.
Preparation
- All vegetables must be washed and dried before preparing the salad.
- Bulgarian peppers are cleaned and cut into medium sized cubes. Slices of the same size shred cucumbers, tomatoes and cheese, and peeled salad bulbs are ground with semirings or quarter-rings.
- In a bowl, combine the apple vinegar and olive oil, add the mixture of peppers and salt and mix. We fill the resulting components with salad and mix.
A simple salad with olives, sausage cheese and crackers
Ingredients:
- olives - 245 g;
- cheese sausage - 245 g;
- eggs of chicken, boiled - 3 pieces;
- Borodinsky bread - 210 g;
- cloves garlic - 3-4 pieces;
- mayonnaise salad (light) - 120 g;
- salt, cooked to the taste;
- pepper ground (a mixture of several types) - to taste;
- sunflower or olive oil odorless - 40 ml.
Preparation
- Initially, we put chicken eggs on a stew and start preparing croutons. Borodino bread cut into neat thin slabs and fry them in a hot sunflower or olive oil without aroma to rudeness and a characteristic crunch.
- When the eggs are ready, we transfer them to ice water for a minute, after which we clean and shred the cubes. Sliced the same slices and sausage cheese, and the olives without pits we chop the rings. Prepared components, except for crackers, we combine in a bowl, we add cleared and chopped with a knife as little as possible garlic teeth, fill all with mayonnaise, we can taste and salt it and mix it.
- Before serving, we spread the salad in a salad bowl, sprinkle with cooked homemade croutons from Borodino bread and, if desired, decorate with branches of fresh greens.
