We recommend simple recipes for making such delicacies from mountain ash in its pure form, and also in combination with apples, orange and nuts.

Before the preparation of jam, mountain ash must first be taken off the pedicels, washed and poured with water for twenty-four hours. During this time, every six hours we change the water to clean water.

Then, from the purified water and sugar in the specified formula, mix the sugar syrup, mixing the ingredients in a saucepan and heating them with frequent stirring to boiling and dissolving all the sweet crystals.

Rowan we merge on a sieve, let it drain and transfer to boiling syrup. After re-boiling the contents of the pan, remove it from the plate and leave to cool under room conditions. Now we catch rowan berries in another vessel, again we put syrup to boil on moderate fire and boil for twenty minutes without berries. After that, in a bubbling sweet mass, we shift the mountain ash and cook the jam for another twenty-five minutes. We pack the delicacy according to the previously prepared sterile containers, sealed with lidded lids and turn it over under a "coat" for slow cooling and self-sterilization.

If there is time, then rowan as in the previous case, it is better to soak in advance for 24 hours, periodically changing the water. And in order to speed up the process, you can simply boil the rowan fruits in slightly salted water for two to three minutes, then recline on a sieve and rinse with clean water.

While the liquid flows from the mountain ash, we cook apples. We relieve the fruits from the cores with seeds and stems, after which we cut the flesh into cubes. The peel can also be cleaned or left as desired.

From the water and granulated sugar, cook the syrup taking into account the recommendations described in the recipe above, after which we lower into it cubes of apples and prepared rowan. After repeated boiling, cook jam for forty-five minutes, while maintaining a barely perceptible boil.

After boiling, drain the water, transfer the berries to another bowl, and from the broth and sugar, prepare the sugar syrup, bringing the mixture to a boil and waiting for the dissolution of the crystals with stirring.

Now let's dip the rowan, peeled and cut into several pieces of orange slices, cook the treat for forty minutes, then add the crushed nuts and stand on the stove for another ten minutes. We store such royal jam as well as any other - in sterile, hermetically sealed jars.
