7-day diet

Weekly weight loss can turn into a waste of time and effort, in case you choose not the most correct approach to losing weight. In order to lose weight in 7 days you need a really fast-acting and, alas, a tough diet. Otherwise, no visible results can be achieved.

Among 7-day diets the leading positions are occupied by buckwheat, "beloved", Japanese and kefir. We will be engaged in a detailed study of the latter option, perhaps the most useful one.

Kefir diet

7-day kefir diet suggests a weekly weight loss with the main product in the menu - kefir. To him we can also add 1-2 additional products, the role, which, basically, is to create at least some variety on the diet. These products include cottage cheese, fruits, vegetables, chicken breast, etc.

Which kefir should be chosen?

Since the main product of the 7-day diet for weight loss, we decided, we need to figure out how it should be the ideal kefir.

The normal fat content for kefir is up to 2.5%, the protein content is up to 2.8 g. At the same time, pay attention to the bacteria themselves, due to which kefir is so appreciated. This leaven contains a symbiosis of yeast, lactic streptococci, rods and acetic acid bacteria. On the package, their quantity should be indicated - 10⁷.
