Natural jelly from cowberries is very useful in the composition of children's, or dietary nutrition. Replace sugar with a small amount of honey, or fructose and do not boil too long - a couple of minutes will be quite enough.

The cooled jam from cowberry can be laid out on sterile cans and rolled up for the winter, or you can simply lay it in a clean dry container, sprinkle with sugar and cover with a cloth lid.
