The most delicate and chocolate jam is obtained with the addition of butter. We take the product in advance of their refrigerator and let them soften under room conditions. During this time, rinse ripe plums, cut them along in half, extract the bones and, if desired, cut each half into two more slices. You can even twist the fruit in a blender or a meat grinder to get a plum puree. From the remaining water and a pound of granulated sugar, cook the syrup and pour it to the sinks. We place the vessel on a moderate fire and cook the contents after boiling for about forty minutes with occasional stirring.

Next, the cocoa powder is mixed with the remaining sugar, then pour a little of the water and grind the ingredients until the gruel is obtained. Add the soft creamy oil, stir again and additionally heat the mixture until it is completely dissolved.

Now we introduce into the plum jam a chocolate mixture, we weld the billet for another five minutes and then we pour it on sterile and dry jars. For self-sterilization we place containers with a delicacy under a warm blanket and let it cool down slowly.

According to this recipe you will get a treat reminiscent of taste deliciously delicious candy. Nuts will contribute their share of originality, and bananas will make the dessert thicker and more tender.

Initially, when starting to process the plums, rinse them, dry them and remove them from the bones. We fall asleep on the plum halves with sugar, mix and leave them for at least a couple of hours to separate the juice. Now we have the workpiece on the burner plate on a medium-intensity fire and cook after boiling for ten minutes. During this time we knead bananas with a fork or turn into puree with a blender, after which we mix it with cocoa powder. We also add to the mix the pre-picked, dried in the oven on a baking tray or a dry frying pan, as well as ground nuts and again thoroughly mixed.

To the creamy mass cooked with sugar, we spread a mixture of bananas, cocoa and nuts, then let it boil again, boil for seven minutes and remove from the plate. Hot lay out the treat on dry, pre-sterilized jars, sealed with sterile lids and let it cool slowly under a warm blanket or blanket.

If desired, this recipe can be added, as well as the previous one, with butter, but in this case it is possible not to add bananas. Each variant is good in its own way and has a different, but worthy taste. The only drawback of dessert, in the composition of which there will be oil - is its higher calorie content compared to the analogue without it.
