Now, once again, thoroughly mix and stew lamb with vegetables on low heat with the lid closed for 20 minutes, after which, season the dish with spices and salt it to taste. We cook for about another 5 minutes, then carefully remove from heat and insist under the lid for 15 minutes, so that the meat with vegetables is tired and saturated with the aroma of spices. Next, we serve lamb, stewed with vegetables to the table, decorating it with fresh herbs.

We cut lamb in small pieces, sprinkle zira and ground coriander, salt to taste, mix and remove for 2 hours in the refrigerator. We cut the mutton fat in cubes, shred the carrots with thin straws, and chop the onions into quarters of rings. With the tomato, carefully peel the skin and cut the flesh into cubes. Garlic crushed, coriander and dill finely chopped. Sweet Bulgarian peppers cut into small strips.

In the cauldron we warm up the vegetable oil, put the cubes of fat and heat them to the squash, and then pull out gently with a noise. Add to the meat pieces of meat, fry them until golden brown on high heat. Fire reduce to a minimum, the meat is leveled, we spread the onions from above, sprinkle with zira and coriander.

Top with a dense layer of poured carrots, then tomatoes, greens and pour all the garlic. Next, lay a layer of sweet pepper and potato cut into strips. Close the cauldron fairly tightly with a lid and simmer the dish for about two hours over low heat, stirring occasionally the vegetables. Before serving, salt, pepper the food, decorate with greens and call everyone to the table.

A piece of lamb is carefully rubbed first with lemon juice, then with a mixture of spices and put the marinade in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Do not waste time in vain, we prepare all other ingredients for now. Tomatoes, sweet pepper, peeled from seeds, and onions cut into circles. Lamb directly with the marinade and along with the spices put on a square sheet of foil, salt to taste. From the top, we cover the meat evenly with vegetable layers from onions, tomatoes and rings of Bulgarian pepper. Each layer is salted to taste. We carefully wrap the foil, raise the edges and press them from above.

We put lamb on the oven grill, and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 50 minutes. When serving the ready-made dish, carefully remove the vegetable layer first, shift it into a plate, pour the sauce formed in the foil, and lay the pieces of meat next to it.
