We bake the meatballs for 20 minutes, and in the meantime we prepare the sauce. To do this, we pass the flour on a dry frying pan, add butter, pour in gradually the cream, add the tomato paste, grated cheese and spices. Warm up 5 minutes on low heat, and then pour our meatballs with creamy tomato sauce and stand in the oven for another 20 minutes.

Bread put in a bowl, pour milk and leave to soak for 15 minutes. Without wasting time, we clean the onion, finely shred it and combine it with chicken forcemeat. Sleek bread is slightly squeezed and mixed with meat mass, adding spice to taste. The oven is heated to 180 degrees, and the baking dish is smeared with oil. From the chicken mass, we make small balls with our hands, put them into shape and bake for 15 minutes. In the meantime, we prepare the creamy sauce: we clean the garlic, finely chop it, and the cheese is rubbed on the grater. In a bowl, combine cream with cheese, add garlic, chopped greens and mix thoroughly. After 10 minutes we pour the meatballs with creamy sauce and again we send it back to the oven for another 25 minutes.

Fish fillet and peeled onion twist through a meat grinder. Then add a slice of bread, soaked in water before, boiled rice and egg yolk. Solim to taste and make minced meat balls. In the frying pan, melt butter, pour the flour and brown it for a few minutes. After that add sour cream, pour in water and cream. Stir, reduce the fire and hold for 2 more minutes. We transfer the meatballs into a refractory mold, pour in the previously prepared sauce and send it to the oven for 35 minutes.
