In the meantime, we are preparing the ingredients for the bitlets - meat, soaked bread and onion (250 g) is passed through a meat grinder. The rest of the onion is minced and fried, and then put in minced meat, there we drive the egg, salt, pepper and mix well.

With wet hands, form a round little bit, then we pile them in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan on high heat. It is important that the crust is just grabbed, until the bit is ready, we will still bring it in the oven. We put them in a deep baking sheet and prepare the sauce.

The remaining carrots and 100 g of onions are ground and fried. In a dry frying pan, until golden, fry the flour. In the pan we place fried vegetables, pour tomato, 1.5 liters of broth, bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat and boil the mass for about 20 minutes. Mix the fried flour with 200 ml of cold broth and mix. Very carefully pour the resulting mixture into the sauce, stirring constantly, throw the bay leaf there and boil for another 10 minutes. Fill the received tomato paste with our billets on a baking sheet.

Meatballs with gravy will be baked in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.

We pour them into flour, put them in a multivachine saucepan, pouring olive oil into it beforehand. Now put the program either "Baking" or "Frying". Fry from both sides to a crust. Tomato paste is bred in 150 ml of water, add salt, sugar to taste and about 1 teaspoon of flour. We mix it well and mix it with our mixture. We set the "Quenching" mode and rest for 40 minutes.
