Ingredients:
- milk - 1 item;
- flour - 4 items;
- butter - 250 g;
- baking powder - 15 g;
- salt - a pinch;
- sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
In the melted cream butter pour sugar and salt, mix and pour warmed milk. We sift the flour, add it to the milk mass, add the baking powder and mix the homogeneous dough. Then roll it into a ball and send it to the refrigerator for 1 hour. Without losing time, rinse under running water raspberries and fall asleep with sugar. Chilled dough rolled, cut out the same cup circles and in the center of each spread berry stuffing. We connect the edges of the dough and make small patties. We put them on a baking sheet, we send it to the oven and bake at 200 degrees 30 minutes.
Fried patties with raspberries
Ingredients:
- puff frozen dough - 800 g;
- raspberry - 300 g;
- sugar - to taste;
- egg - 1 pc.
- powdered sugar - for powder.
Preparation
Puff pastry is pre-defrosted and rolled into a square thin layer. Rinse raspberries, put them into a container and pour them over with sugar. From the dough cut out small squares and in the center of each spread berry stuffing. We connect the edges of the cross crosswise and spread the prepared pies into preheated vegetable oil. Fry them first from one side to a ruddy state, and then gently turn over to the other.
Recipe for pies with raspberries
Ingredients:
- yeast dry - 2 tsp.
- flour - 1 kg;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- butter - 100 g;
- water - 70 ml;
- sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- vanillin - 1 sachet;
- milk - 300 ml.
For filling:
- sugar - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- raspberry - 400 g.
Preparation
In the tank, pour water, heat it to 40 degrees, and then pour gradually dry yeast, mix and leave for 10 minutes to dissolve. After that, pour in the milk, pour sugar, introduce melted cream butter and drive one chicken egg. We mix everything up to homogeneity. In the resulting mass, gradually pour the sifted flour and mix the dough with your hands.
