Transfer the cabbage "stuffing" into any convenient container and combine it with both kinds of flour, grated cheese, herbs, dried onions and garlic, and then beat the egg for the bunch. Mix the cabbage with the rest of the ingredients until smooth and then divide the mixture into equal portions, each of the portions roll and flatten between the palms. Fry the pancakes from the cauliflower with the cheese until tender, and then transfer them to paper towels.

Quickly prepare the sauce by mixing the mayonnaise with the sharp chilli sauce, and serve the dish.
