For busy housewives we offer fast, but no less delicious than traditional, cakes without baking. Such products are made in a few minutes, and from you it will only be necessary to wait for the impregnation of the treat or its congealing, depending on the recipe in the refrigerator.

Cake without baking from cookies and sour cream

Form or any convenient vessel lined with food film and spread the bottom of the cookies to lay it as denser as possible. Sour cream is processed with sand sugar to a lush texture and thickening, then add crushed nuts, washed raisins, sliced ​​dried fruits and mixed thoroughly. We impregnate the received cream with the cookie, laid out in the form, spread the next layer of it, which is also abundantly smeared with cream. Repeat the layers until the cookie and cream finish, and then cover the cake with a film from above and place it on the shelf of the refrigerator for five to seven hours.

In a similar way, you can prepare a cake without baking from cookies and boiled condensed milk, replacing it with cream and sour cream. But in this case, the biscuits need to be drizzled with a little more strong tea or coffee, so that the product does not turn out to be dry.

Jelly cake without baking with fruit

Gelatin granules are filled with cold water according to the instructions and let stand for swelling, after which we heat the mass in a water bath, stirring, until all the grains are dissolved. Sour cream is home-processed with a mixer initially independently, and then with granulated sugar until the sweet crystals are dissolved. Continuing the whipping process, pour loose and slightly cooled gelatin and achieve uniformity of the mixture.

We cut the plates with peeled banana fruits and kiwi and beautifully put in a form covered with food film. Fill the fruit with a small amount of sour-gelatin mixture and spread the cracked biscuits on top. Again a little cream, and then again a layer of fruit and biscuits. Repeat the layers until all the components are finished, and then remove it for freezing on the shelf of the refrigerator for several hours. On readiness we turn the dessert over a wide dish, remove the film and serve it to the table, cutting it into portions.

Banana cake with gingerbread cookies without baking

In this case, to prepare a cake without baking, three bases are used: gingerbread, sour cream and banana fruit. We also need a detachable shape with a diameter of at least 26 cm.

The first step is to prepare sour cream. To do this, home or industrial thick, fatty sour cream is processed with a mixer until thickened, after which we pour a little sugar and continue whisk until all the sweet crystals have dissolved. The amount of sugar can be varied to a greater or lesser extent, guided by their own taste preferences. Now we clean and cut the plates with bananas and cut the gingerbread into mugs.

We collect the detachable form and spread the mugs of gingerbread in the first layer, trying to fill all the voids. We impregnate everything thoroughly with cream and spread out the bananas. Water the cream and the fruit layer and again lay out the cakes. Continue to decorate the cake until the end of all components, and then rub off the top with nuts and put on the shelf of the refrigerator soaked for at least a night.
