What are the signs of the presence of bladder omission in women?
As a rule, at the very beginning of the development of the disorder, there are no symptoms that would make a woman alert. In most cases, the first signs of the presence of the disease may be discomfort immediately during intercourse and increased frequency of urination.
With progression, the woman observes the appearance of the following symptoms:
- the appearance of a feeling of incomplete devastation of the urinary bladder after urination;
- frequent, sometimes painful and even involuntary urination, in neglected cases - development of incontinence;
- frequent development of infections of the genitourinary tract (chronic cystitis, for example);
- sensation of compression and heaviness in the pelvic region and near the vagina (sensations are amplified in an upright position);
- increased discomfort in the lumbar region when coughing, tilting.
With the development of a severe form of urinary bladder, part of the body goes beyond the sexual slit, along with one of the walls of the vagina. This is easily diagnosed during the examination in the gynecological chair.
How is this disease treated?
Conservative therapy involves the appointment of physiotherapy and exercises aimed at strengthening the ligament apparatus, increasing muscle tone. In particular, a set of Kegel exercises is often prescribed .
Along with training, the installation of vaginal pessaries can also be carried out, which are inserted into the vagina and keep the bladder in position. Typically, this treatment is resorted to in cases where it is necessary to postpone surgical intervention or it is impossible according to the indications. The operation is the second method of therapy, which is used in the late stages or the absence of the effect of conservative treatment.
