- Hormonal imbalance is the most significant factor, which is usually caused by the weakening of the entire body, stress, serious malfunctioning of certain organs.
- Genetic predisposition is determined by the female descending line (mother, grandmother or a native aunt).
- Defective nutrition: implies a lack of dietary fiber, vitamins and trace elements (especially calcium and iodine), an excess of fatty and carcinogenic food.
- Excessive use of alcohol.
Causes of diffuse fibrocystic form
Mastopathy is divided into two types:
- Nodal is when there is a compaction in the chest.
- Diffuse - is determined by the presence of several diffuse formations. It is divided into fibrous mastopathy and fibrocystic fibrosis.
The causes of the appearance of fibrous diffusion are similar to those causing cystic changes in the mammary glands. However, in this case, in addition to hormonal disorders and genetic predisposition, important factors are also such factors:
- Environment (ecological situation).
- Absence of pregnancy and childbirth in the reproductive age.
- Absence or dissatisfaction with sex life.
- Abortions.
Given the severity of the disease, it is important to exclude the above factors, which increase the risk of fibrocystic disease, and also regularly perform palpation of the breast and visit the mammologist at least twice a year.
